Board of Directors, American Judicature Society, 1985-. Past lecturer (administrative law), University of Baltimore School of Law, and (contracts), University of Maryland School of Law. Author, "The Maryland Ground Rent System, Maryland Law Review" (1940). Died in Baltimore, Maryland, July 31, 1997.
