Report to General Assembly on strategic long-term management plan due Dec. 31, 2002.

The Executive Committee for Dredged Material Management Plans formed in October 2001 (Chapter 627, Acts of 2001). The Executive Committee is overseeing the development of a long-range State plan to manage dredged material that is effective economically and environmentally sound.

In December 2001, the Committee submitted its report to the General Assembly on implementation of Chapter 627, Acts of 2001.
