In November 2001, the Governor, Senate President, and House Speaker jointly formed the Anti-Terrorism Work Group to consider anti-terrorism legislation for introduction in the 2002 legislative session. The Work Group held its last meeting on January 12, 2002. Its findings provided the basis for legislation in the 2002 session.
